GOAL and MISSION

Life STEPS Organization (LSO) aims to tackle the underlying causes of social inequality in education, the economy, and the environment by bringing lasting changes to the lives of vulnerable people in Cambodia and across the Globe.

LSO’s mission is to support communities in agriculture, education, infrastructure, social mobilization, and the development of local initiatives. We work with grassroots communities, local authorities, and partners to provide sustainable aid and development through:

  • Improving livelihoods through agricultural development and business consulting.

  • Supporting orphans, vulnerable children, and impoverished families.

  • Enhancing community health with primary healthcare, sanitation, and safe water access.

  • Promoting the well-being of children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities.

  • Encouraging social morality through training and educational programs.

  • Providing humanitarian assistance to those impacted by natural disasters.

  • Advocating for environmental protection and climate resilience.

  • Offering shelter to those in need, especially disaster survivors.

  • Assisting in building the needed infrastructures (schools, roads, water supply and irrigation, renewable energy, shelters, and community center).
